Contact
Talk to a person.
Four inboxes, all read by humans. If you are not sure which, support is the right one and it gets forwarded.
Support
Something broken, a billing question, or a refund inside the guarantee window. A person answers.
support@copilotly.comSales & teams
Enterprise plans, SSO, custom copilots trained on your own data, and volume pricing.

Data export, deletion, or any question about how your conversations are handled.
privacy@copilotly.comPress
Interviews, product detail, and anything you want checked before it runs.
press@copilotly.comBefore you email support
Most billing questions are answered on the pricing page, and most “can it do X” questions are answered faster by just trying it - the free plan needs no card.
If it is a bug, the three things that make it fixable fastest are what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead - plus your browser and version if it is the extension. Screenshots help more than descriptions. Common install problems are already covered on the download page.
What to expect back
A person, usually within one business day. Support is not a deflection funnel - there is no chatbot in front of it and no form that closes your ticket when you do not reply within 48 hours.
If your question is about something we got wrong in a guide, tell us and it gets corrected with the date changed. Material errors are noted on the page rather than quietly patched, which is set out in editorial standards.
What we cannot do
We cannot give legal, medical or financial advice over email, for the same reason the copilots carry disclaimers: we are not licensed to, and pretending otherwise would be the exact thing we built this product to avoid.
We also cannot look inside your account and interpret a conversation for you, review a document you send, or tell you whether a professional gave you good advice. Those are the questions the copilots exist for - and where they end, an actual licensed professional begins. Every domain page states that boundary explicitly.
Security reports
If you have found a vulnerability, send it to security@copilotly.com rather than posting it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated, and credit you if you would like to be credited.
Get help with this from the Legal Copilot
Describe your situation and get specific, actionable guidance - not the generic hedging a general-purpose chatbot gives you on legal questions.
Free plan, no card. Pro from $4.99/week for every copilot across all 20 domains - about what one hour with any single professional costs per year.
Not a law firmThis is legal information, not legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for your specific situation.
